Self-excitation Vortex Wet-type Dust Collector Working Principle
Description:
Dusty gas enters dust collecting chamber through the air inlet of
dust collector. After being decelerated by dust collecting chamber,
large-particle dust directly falls into water while small-particle
dust enters dust cleaning vortex channel along with gas. Since air
current flows through the vortex channel at a high speed, extremely
dense small liquid drops are formed on friction liquid surface and
small-particle dust is captured effectively so as to form soiling
solution. After leaving the vortex channel, most of the soiling
solution falls into water tank while a small amount of soiling
solution is collected by watertight shutter when flowing through
straining chamber consisting of multiple watertight shutters and
then falls back into the water tank. Clean air is extracted by the
fan and exhausted into the atmospheric air, so that dust is
recycled efficiently.

Description:
1. In order to ensure stable dust removing efficiency, the scroll
wet type dust collector is provided with automatic water
replenishing function to ensure stable liquid surface height and
stable dust removing efficiency further.
2. Due to the adoption of manual slag removing mode and the design
of oblique water tank as well as the arrangement of a plurality of
slag removing doors, convenience is brought to slag removal without
affecting air tightness and dust removing effect.
3. Muffler is arranged at the air outlet, so that exhaust noise is
lower than 80db and the national limit standard.
